The Houston Airport System (HAS) handled 61.0 million passengers in the 12 months ending April ’24, up 7.1 percent from 56.9 million handled over the comparable period in ’23. Traffic has surpassed pre-pandemic levels.
HAS handled over half a million metric tons of air cargo in the 12 months ending April ’24. While up half a percent from the comparable period in ’23, cargo traffic was down 2.8 percent from its October ’22 peak.
